{ random thoughts about startups, social media, and technology }

Dull thoughts in a sharp world.

About Me

I am a 20 something old entrepreneur living in San Francisco and working on a startup company.  Very typical… I know.  When people ask me what I do, I often say I am a marketing director.  Saying you have a web startup in San Francisco is comparable to saying you have your real estate license in Arizona.

Before RentWiki.com, I founded LiveByCampus.com, an off-campus housing directory powered by student interns.  When I was 19, I started a real estate investment trust that has purchased, owned, and managed over 25 investment properties. I’ve been a guest speaker about social media and entrepreneurship at events such as NMHC Technology, AIM Conference, and the Harvard Entrepreneurship Conference. In 07, I was named one of BusinessWeeks’ Top 25 Entrepreneur Under 25 and I enjoy all sorts of technology, Halo 3, and the Phoenix Suns.

I work at home and get lonely so reach out to me at eric@movity.com.
